Microsoft has made available to partners in a series of graphs illustrating the timing ofreleases ready for some of the most important products: Office 15, Internet Explorer 10 and even Windows Phone.
Images dated December last year does not provide many details about Windows 8 andWindows Phone information is quite vague, being given only "new investment" in the second half of this year. Expression could potentially be new updates to the currentversion of Windows Phone Tango or something completely new, such as launchingWindows Phone 8, codenamed Apollo.
Internet Explorer Chart 10 shows that the new web browser could be launched at any time. However, Microsoft has not officially confirmed a version of IE10 plan for Windows 7. In fact, nothing new has appeared after the original build Internet Explorer 10 Preview,made public in June of last year. According to the schedule, Internet Explorer 10 shouldbe ready by mid this year, after which a new major revision will occur until 2014.
For Office 15 product family is not specified an exact launch schedule, being given onlydifferent stages of development cycle. Graph indicates, however, the general availabilityof Office 15 products in the family for the first half of 2013, so the actual launch shouldoccur sometime later this year. A possible release date is rumored to be November this year.
