At GDC 2012, Electronics Arts has confirmed a new series of SimCity.
The new game comes with a new graphics engine, more performance and specially adapted to the requirements of the game.
Engine GlassBox new qualities can be seen already in a trailer for SimCity presentation, provided by the game. The news of the engine allowed roads are curved, a first for the series, which now can be "sculpted" direct relief. There will be a new physics engine, specially designed to simulate natural disasters.
