LG CX2, a new smartphone with 3D display

After LG Optimus 3D, behold LG exclusive tastes try again with a smartphone with support for recording and displaying 3D content: LG CX2.

Compared to the previous model, LG CX2 provides a minor performance increase, being equipped with a dual core processor at 1.2 GHz (LG Optimus 3D was 1 GHz dual core CPU).

The screen measures 4.3 inches all with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. LG said that the new display is slightly brighter.

A visible improvement is the design, where LG CX2 body boasts of 9.9 mm thickness (2 mm thinner than that of LG Optimus 3D).
LG CX2 will include support NFC (Near Field Communication).

Operating system, Android Gingerbread, Android will be updated later this year ICS. However, the fact that LG presents the new terminal with an outdated OS is an issue that does not at all terminals in a favorable light.

More details about price and availability will find at Mobile World Congress trade fair in 2012, where LG CX2 will be exposed.
