Razer presents Fiona Project - the world's first gaming tablet

Fiona Project is a high-performance tablet, designed especially for gamers.

 Razer is the creation of a platform based on Intel Core i7 processor and is equipped with a pair of gamepads integrated arranged on both sides of the screen.

Each controller has four programmable buttons, two triggers, analog thumbstick front and full control.



According to the manufacturer, tablet design is adapted for the most popular PC games of the moment. In addition to the hardware platform chosen and the presence of a THX-certified audio system, we know that the new tablet features a 10.1 inch capacitive screen with 1280 x 800 pixels.

So far the prototype tablet running Windows 7, which was applied over a customized interface, better suited for touch screens.





The final version could be delivered but with Windows 8 and configuration based on Ivy Bridge, future Intel processors on 22nm platform.

The fact is that Razer has still much work to Fiona Project, as plans to launch new tablet until the end of 2012. The good news is that the launch price announced for Fiona Project is located below the $ 1,000.
